Update: Regarding my refund which l haven't received 8th of April - now the 3rd of May l was told by Courtney at first that she needs to talk with the owner & 4 days passed then she told me the owner is out of the country & it's been so frustrating calling Enesima with no one answering the phone & having to continuely leave a voice message and waiting for a reply to an email and then finally told their accountant will fix up the refund & l never seen any other staff than Courtney when l attended my appointment. Courtney booked a phone consultation for me for 11 am on a Monday. She stated that a link will be sent through prior to the appointment. An email was sent to me confirming the booking. 11 am came and went. At 11.15 I attempted to phone the clinic, and nobody bothered to pick up the phone. I had Fotona 4D with Courtney as l just had one treatment l experience no pain some light redness which went in a few hour's & a light peel which lasted 6 day's when using a balm but l haven't seen any result after a month. On Enesima website of pricing for Fotona 4D it say's an add on Led light but when the treatment is finished l was told to come back in 2 week's to have it and l find this is false advertising and it's ok if you live close by.
