My experience with the facial technician was good. I had a make up application following and had a negative reaction to a product that I purchased. They do not refund or exchange for products. It is difficult to get anyone on the phone or text and also online for follow up. Customer satisfaction is not their specialty.

Very relaxing and clean spa. Brandi is amazing. It was my first time getting a dermaplane facial. She answered all of my questions and explained everything she was doing. I Will definitely be back!
