Dr Yip was very thorough and tailored a treatment plan to suit my individual concerns. Thank you for your expertise & professionalism. Would highly recommend.
I’ve been working with Dr Yip and have had excellent results with my hair and am extremely happy with my progress so far, and could not recommend her more! However today I phoned to reschedule my upcoming appointment and was met with a reception staff who was unnecessarily rude towards me. Being a healthcare worker myself I understand the pressure staff are under, but I do not think it’s acceptable or professional to speak to patients of a health service in this manner.
