Bro… I didn’t want to be one of those people posting a bad review but honestly this isn’t it. Not the vibe. Design on nails is not what I wanted and looked nothing like the photo, the leaves were very thick and choppy meanwhile when I look at other people’s from other salons, the leaves are very nice and dainty and thin. Excellent work on my pedicure, pedicure and facial. One thing I noticed is once one client finished with one area, they immediately worked to clean the area allowing for the next client to have their nails and facial done.
1/5 stars - Worst Pedicure and Customer Service Experience I'm extremely disappointed with the pedicure service I received at this salon. Not only was the pedicure done incorrectly, with the nails shaped wrong and color splitting all over my feet, but the customer service was abysmal. I came in for a pedicure today. The first person who did my pedicure did an amazing job. However when it came time for the shellac, another person took over. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing as it took over 30 minutes just to paint my nails, and each one had to be redone. The entire process ended up taking over an hour which I’ve never experienced before. Because of this I don’t plan on returning.
