1/5 stars - Worst Pedicure and Customer Service Experience I'm extremely disappointed with the pedicure service I received at this salon. Not only was the pedicure done incorrectly, with the nails shaped wrong and color splitting all over my feet, but the customer service was abysmal. I came in for a pedicure today. The first person who did my pedicure did an amazing job. However when it came time for the shellac, another person took over. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing as it took over 30 minutes just to paint my nails, and each one had to be redone. The entire process ended up taking over an hour which I’ve never experienced before. Because of this I don’t plan on returning.
I loved coming here to get microdermabrasion facials and pedicures, but now I'm no longer going to go back. During my facial (about half way through while I was half undressed in a towel), the woman asked me if I planned on losing weight. I asked why she was asking as I didn't bring this up as a conversation topic, and went on about how there are so many great benefits to weight loss and how she's lost weight and feels good.
