Person name Rachel in the office extremely unprofessional and childish. This office definitely needs to train her or get rid of her if they don’t want business with pontential clients to get ruined. I called and ask a simple question about being able to provide info needed over the phone, after her responding rudely, I asked when will a supervisor be available (because I’m not going to waste my valuable time going back and forth with a receptionist). Worth every penny! Entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I have been watching Dr. Torres work for 7years before deciding to go through with my lipo 360+ bbl I also added chin lipo. The procedure itself was a breeze and not as scary as I thought. I am almost 3 months post op and I could not be happier! Do it! Get the procedure and watch your confidence grow!

I just want to say that meeting Dr Torres and his stuff was an amazing experience. From the moment I first reached out they were so helpful, kind and supportive. I was scared of going into the surgery and not liking the results, but Dr Torres assured me that he would only perform what we had agreed to. I had my surgery two years ago and it was a great experience with the doctor and the staff they were really helpful and sweet my results were great the first year but now my hip dips are so bad if not worse then before. 10k is way overpriced for such a temporary result and also the skin around my torso ripples as if I had loose skin but I’ve always been skinny with good skin so now I have a new insecurity. wearing crop tops is embarrassing for me now.

Dr. T and his team were so amazing! I’ve gone to two different places to get cosmetic work and the amount of care I received with Dr. T was beyond amazing. They listened to exactly what I wanted and not once did I ever feel pressured when I first reached out.
