Dr.Chai has excellent skills. The medicals are first class. The environment is comfortable, and the team member Tessi service is professional and kind, so are the other team members.
The clinic is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is courteous and always makes me feel comfortable. I really appreciate that they don’t hard-sell products — that’s a big plus. Dana only recommends products that suit my needs when I ask, which shows both respect and professionalism.
