Stephanie C. and Kelly were absolutely fantastic! I felt like I was hanging out with my friends. I didn't feel pressured to sign up for anything but after Stephanie explained it all to me I very much wanted to sign up and did! I can't wait to get this new skin care routine going.
Really unprofessional service. Toni ran late one day and the next, I was only 2 min late and she denied me service. One time she made racial remarks and questioned if I was really from the U.S. and kept reiterating that the treatment is “expensive.” I’ve seen front desk treat people of color horribly. The studio city location is much better. The girls there are so nice. The nurses are much more experienced. They’ll tell you how this location has lost customers and damaged customers’ skin. Be careful.
UPDATE: Ryan V of customer service promised someone would get in touch with me over a week ago - no one has ever called me or gotten in touch. Meanwhile, Ashely the manager of the other space in Studio City did not even believe me when I showed them my receipts - very passive agressive. I am skipping this whole chain. Ladies, if you value your peace, your time, and your money — skip this location. There are better options with people who know how to treat customers with respect. I signed up for a Skin Laundry membership after my first visit, but shortly after, I had a bad skin reaction. The nurse said it was probably from new skincare I was using, but just to be sure, I saw my dermatologist who told me not to go back to Skin Laundry. I tried to cancel my membership at a different location (since they let you go to any of them for treatments), but was told I had to cancel at the original one I signed up at.
