I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this business. I was never informed of any “5-minute grace period” policy especially not by email. Most businesses allow at least 10 minutes, and I was exactly 10 minutes late after driving 25 minutes on my day off, dealing with traffic, difficulty finding the location, and parking.
