I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this business. I was never informed of any “5-minute grace period” policy especially not by email. Most businesses allow at least 10 minutes, and I was exactly 10 minutes late after driving 25 minutes on my day off, dealing with traffic, difficulty finding the location, and parking. I paid $250/month for 4 months with Skin Laundry. I completed and paid for 3 full months of treatments. During the final month, I had a medical emergency and was told by multiple doctors that I could not get laser treatments for at least 3 months. I told Skin Laundry thay i could provide them with my doctors not and simply asked for some understanding or a partial credit for that unused last month. They refused, citing their policy.
