The nurse Grace is a buzz-kill. Her recommendations doesn’t align with the company mission. I wasn’t even allowed to get Cell-Reguvinator Enhancement during one of my sessions.
Unfortunate that I scheduled an appointment and was treated as if it was my fault because my appointment was not on the system. I even called the day before my appointment to confirm. No sincere apology for their mistake. I was just told “we’re fully booked, I can’t just move anybody from their time slot”. I explained and showed my text notification to her and explained that she was not moving anybody’s time slot because I received a notification for my appointment.
