I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the ladies who i presume is possibly the manager. I don’t recall her name but she spoke to me in such a rude way and it felt like all she wanted to do was make a sale. She really made me regret my experience and never want to come back. It is OKAY to not want a membership!! And you should live with that, If i say I came just for the experience then be okay with that but to berate me and almost insult me and my skin care routine! I love my technician Laura very professional on Point very knowledgeable. Did an excellent job on my face, neck, and chest. Made the treatment, easy fun and you learn a lot from her. Love it!
Staff is wonderful. I love coming here every month and I love seeing the results!
Go to the other location, worst customer service ever, looks like from other reviews ... this is a common problem.
2 laser facials in and my first resurfacing facial today and I swear my skin loves me! Super nice staff!
