Great experience and fast and easy.
Super aggressive sales tactics pressure customers into signing up for memberships and purchasing additional treatments. Tip culture at minimum is awkward if not unethical. These are nurse practitioners, nowhere else in the medical industry are patients asked to tip. I referred a friend and was extremely disappointed by their customer service. My skin has improved so much over the past 6 months I am in love with skin laundry and every person that works here is so friendly and informative.
Went for my first service, received laser treatment, signed up for membership and bought some treatments. Enjoyed the service, professionalism, and the expertise!
