This location has gone completely downhill. I’ve been coming since opening day and the staff turnover is ridiculous. The nurses are stuck in dark rooms for hours and it shows—they’re not happy, and it impacts the whole experience. You’re not even allowed to use the bathroom because it’s considered a “liability,” so forget about feeling relaxed during your treatment. They ask you to leave the building for that.
