I booked an appointment for a resurfacing facial, but when I arrived, I was told it was just a trial to see how I feel about it. If I’m paying $100, I expect to see real results, not just a sample treatment. It feels like they just want to take your $100 first and then push you to buy a membership. Very disappointed and would not recommend — feels misleading.
The best facial ever!
I'm a regular member. I pay $250 a month for membership. I got my power laser the morning of 9/6/25 in Plano. However, when I checked out, the two girls upfront (Cassidy and Sadish) said that I had to pay additional $50.00 because the technician applied an additional solution/treatment called "fixer" on my face after the laser which surprised me because I did not approve of the "fixer." Cannot say enough good things about this place! The location is sleek, the staff (especially Saelish and Cassidy) are super helpful and informative and Bridget is amazing at making you feel comfortable and walking you through your facial.
I love the services here. The staff is SO friendly and professional!! The laser facial didn’t hurt and my skin was looking so amazing right after!!
