Skin laundry is the best thing ever! I have been seeing ads about this place and finally visited SL Pasadena. I ended up getting the 2x/month membership because the results speak for itself post treatment. Pasadena Staff are the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional! Laureen is a Stellar! They spend so much time upselling you here, using shameless sales techniques. I went for redness/rosacea. My skin got significantly work over the course of a few treatments. When we reviewed progress pictures together they tried to say I wasn’t going there often enough, even though I was on their monthly subscription and going as agreed upon. You’re better off finding a real aesthetician that you can work on a more personalized skincare routine with.
Got rescheduled twice, and each time my wife and I rearranged our schedules to make the appointment work. To make matters worse, Skin Laundry floods you with emails, texts, and phone calls to confirm your appointment, yet still can’t seem to keep the appointments they schedule. I understand reminders are important, but the amount of follow-up was excessive and became more annoying than helpful. Overall, a frustrating and time-wasting experience. Would not recommend.
I enjoyed my Laser Facial so much I became a member! The membership is cumulative and they have a lot of different options to choose from. I wish I would have found them sooner!
Everyone was friendly, clear, and patient with me and my nerves for my first visit. My nurse was super knowledgeable and gentle. I’ll be back for sure
