Get ready to be heavily sold to. I booked the initial $50 laser treatment. They spent 30 minutes doing an intake, filling out online paperwork, getting my skin photos taken, explaining the packages to me. The treatment was great and then after I was pitched to again to sign up for a 4 month commitment of $600 or $1,000 total. Loved this location, came early on a weekday and parking can be tricky. But the area is great. Very clean facility, friendly staff, would highly recommend this location and will return.

I tried to schedule a laser facial. When it came time to confirm the appointment, i was connected to an AI receptionist that failed to confirm appointment and mistakenly cancelled it (12 hrs before appt). I tried unsuccessfully to reach the company via phone, email and website only to lose the appointment window (and promotion) and lose on all of the revenues that I had forgone personally to accommodate the appointment. Ive been going to Skin Laundry for about 8 months now. Im 59 years old. I've seen major improvements in my skin. Deep lines softened. Fine lines gone. Skin much more even toned. I did the optional sculpt treatment also, which tightened my skin . The membership is reasonably priced. This is a good investment if you care about your skin. You have to stay out of the sun or all the benefits will pretty much be lost though. The staff here is nice.
