Would give zero stars if possible! Made every effort to work with their team. We made special weekend plans because we live 3 hours away. Brought my daughter and her friend for the teen facial. The long term results are great! HOWEVER management really isnt the best and can be hard to get ahold of. I've had 3 big unexpected charges to my account which in the end resulted in no resolutions. Predatory business. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will do anything to get money and they make it impossible to cancel. They are absolutely a weird scheme that should be investigated. The treatments won't do anything to your skin either. Stay away from it like the plague. And keep the receipts as I am sure there will be a class action soon.
