Honestly very let down. I scheduled their best laser treatment for my husband and I to do before a very special trip in September. As a master aesthetician myself, who does SkinPen 3x/ year, Laser treatments 2x/year and who has used strong prescription topical actives for over 10 years I know what my skin can handle. They called me to immediately tell me they wouldn't do what I requested for service. Tori and Janell were so great. My check in process was smooth and I was greeted with a wealth of information. My Nurse Shantell was AMAZING. I left my visit so informed! I signed up for a full treatment plan.
