Great professional staff, however the signature facial gave me melasma. I now have very prominent white patches on both cheeks in the lower jaw region, and I am desperately hoping they disappear over time. I am an Asian female with light skin that tans easily.

I had a Power Duo facial treatment, and afterward I was offered two laser treatments for $250, valid within the next two months. I agreed and paid. Two weeks later, I received an offer for a discounted membership at $175. I contacted the clinic to ask whether I could sign up even though I had already paid for the two laser treatments. Waste of money, tried the $75 neck, she marked off the thyroid, most of the neck, so there was a little done on the sides and under my chin, like almost nothing

The customer service is exceptional and thankful for being able to change to a later time due to a traffic causing a delay and increased my drive time.
