The attitude of the front-line staff at Skin Laundry are great, but dealing with Victoria, the manager, has been very disappointing. From the start, I was given conflicting information about the membership (visits, product discounts, and fees), and instead of fixing the mistakes, Victoria hid behind “policy” and refused to make it right.
