Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Love coming here they make me feel right at home!
Really nice staff who is super educated and well versed on each of the treatments. The treatment itself was fast and comfortable.
Extremely poor service at the Montrose Skin Laundry. The clinic manager, Lauren Pollard, showed clear bias and unprofessional behavior — even referring to customers by their nationality instead of their names, which is unacceptable and racist. The staff are dismissive, and the overall customer service is terrible. They push memberships, then make it difficult to book or use the services you’ve paid for. Completely unethical business practices. Not worth your time or money.
I had an awesome experience! My skin looks and feels great even after one session, I cant wait to come back!
