My first visit to Skin Laundry was years ago on Newbury St, so I was pretty excited when I heard they were coming to Dedham. I've been to other places that do lazer treatments for rosacia, but this is the best place! Kind people, easy appointments, informative, and you get a little facial massage at the end when they put on the lotions. Love it! 10/10 service!
Everyone at this branch is lovely to see, Ngozi is wonderful to work with, and I think my skin has really benefited from the regular treatments!
I called and spoke to Johnathan yesterday. I haven’t had a facial in quite some time, and Johnathan was incredibly helpful in suggesting the best service for my concerns. He was very knowledgeable and polite—I will definitely be coming to this location!
Terrible experience. They offer an intro package and then sign you up for a monthly subscription you did not sign up for. Good luck trying to just cancel the subscription you did not sign up for. In my opinion, this is a scam.
