For the first time in my life, I genuinely feel like my skin is doing well. My acne has cleared up so much, and my skin has honestly never looked better! I also absolutely love coming to this location. Everyone is so kind, and it’s become a little few-minute self-care break in my day. I am writing to share my frustrating experience regarding this location's billing management and customer service. Starting in May, I received notice of a balance dispute. I reached out multiple times via phone and email—providing all my payment receipts—to clear up the confusion. Unfortunately, my inquiries went unaddressed by management for months. First time at Skin Laundry having the laser facial! Ladies, if you’ve had skin treatments on your face before and they hurt, I have some news for you!
