I've been a loyal Skin Laundry customer for 2 years, always visiting the Causeway Bay branch without any issues. But my recent experience at the IFC branch was incredibly disappointing - the first time I've felt this way. Admittedly, I booked two treatments for 7:15 PM but arrived 6 minutes late at 7:21 PM. The staff refused to proceed with both, asking me to cancel one entirely and reschedule the other, which is tough with my frequent travel. The single treatment ended by 7:34 PM, and they close at 8:00 PM.

Very disappointing experience. Their aggressive hard selling tactics encouraged me to buy numerous treatment packages. It wasn't until I noticed white spots on my face that I consulted a dermatologist, who advised that laser treatments should not be done more than monthly. Unfortunately, the frequency encouraged by Skin Laundry harmed my skin, killing some of my melanocytes.
