I do not recommend this place at all, complete waste of time and money. When I first signed up for their membership, I could not get a service for the first month of me paying them because the person I signed up with explained the membership to me incorrectly and I thought I had to wait until my account showed available appointment credits, which I finally called in when it never did and was told I didn’t have to wait. Damien. He is the reason I joined and every time I am in. makes me feel so welcome. All of your nurses are amazing - but you should do everything you can to keep Damien. He is why I joined and why I look forward to coming in. Superstar!!

I was very disappointed with my experience. I drove 40 minutes to my appointment and arrived exactly 5 minutes late due to circumstances beyond my control. Unfortunately, the receptionist, a tall woman Caucasian with long dark brown hair, refused to see me and showed no empathy or willingness to accommodate the situation. I understand that businesses have policies, but a little understanding and customer service would have gone a long way. I had a very disappointing experience with this business. My appointment was confirmed the day before, so I showed up as scheduled. Only after arriving was I told my appointment had been canceled because of an internal policy related to services I received three weeks prior. This issue should have been identified and communicated at least a daybefore my appointment time — not after I had already taken the time to come in. I was a member at Skin Laundry Biltmore and decided to cancel after multiple disappointing experiences. The first issue was inconsistent treatment results. With the previous nurse I saw noticeable improvement, but after there was a change in staff the treatments seemed to have little to no effect. The difference was significant enough that it made the membership feel much less worthwhile. Scheduling was also unreliable.
