Straight to the point with 0 waiting time. Was advised what to expect during each step as well which was amazing for my first time being there. An experienced I well deserved turned out to be an appreciated experience
I saw an add on Facebook for their laser facial and book and appointment. However what I experienced was nothing like what was advertised. The whole entire treatment lasted maybe 8 mins tops.The nurse wiped my face then started a laser treatment that felt more like she was burning some hair off my face nothing else!! I just had my first appointment and highly recommend it! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about skincare education. The laser is painless and quick. There are numerous excellent options for continuing care at affordable prices. I never felt pushed into anything. I'm excited to continue treatment and see my skin look its best.
It was an incredibly frustrating interaction and a huge waste of time. I left feeling that the staff didn’t value patients’ schedules or provide coherent medical guidance on basic conditions. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was glaring, especially considering the industry standard of care for aesthetic clinics.
I loved my first experience here everyone was nice and informative will be coming back
