I was a member at Skin Laundry Biltmore and decided to cancel after multiple disappointing experiences. The first issue was inconsistent treatment results. With the previous nurse I saw noticeable improvement, but after there was a change in staff the treatments seemed to have little to no effect. Definitely never coming back. The nurse that did my laser facial was super sweet but the guy Damien at reception is one of the most passive aggressive and rudest person you’ll meet. Every conversation with him was filled with ridiculously backhanded comments. I couldn’t even ask questions about their procedures without him cutting me off and sassing me out about how he “was about to tell me” (mind you, I let him finish talking before asking anything.) I’ve received two free laser facials here (nice promo, thanks guys). I feel they’ve worked well to exfoliate my skin and would one day like to try one of the ones that penetrates deeper into the skin, possibly with some exosomes added into the mix. They’ve very popular, though, so make sure you arrive to your appointment with at least 5 minutes to spare.

Went in for my first appointment on Friday (1/30), and had an amazing experience! The staff were so caring and kind and walked me through the whole process (which by the way took less than 30 minutes). I loved the results and would definitely go back!
