Editing my original review. They asked me to do one to get a free facial mask after my first appointment lol. The good: the laser facials are a game changer, I have persistent cystic acne, and the lasers do help. The nurses are personable and knowledgeable. The experience of the actual facial is pleasant. The bad: The tipping culture is out of control. I have never heard of tipping a REGISTERED NURSE. Pay these nurses what they deserve, don’t put it on the customer. Wonderful staff. Very efficient and effective, will definitely come back!
Jenny was very nice and professional. Not happy with front desk. When I came nobody was at the front desk, I waited for a while, then went inside looking for her. She told me to wait because she was with customer. Then when she came back she said that I was 7 minutes late and she will take next customer that came 20 minutes earlier and I have to wait or reschedule. I feel that she was rude and not fair
I visited Skin Laundry for a laser treatment but unfortunately didn’t see any noticeable results, it felt like the laser wasn’t targeted long enough to make any real impact. The location is convenient, but the front desk experience could have been friendlier, and I felt there was a bit too much emphasis on selling packages rather than focusing on the treatment itself.
