The most seamless and calm process. They sit you down and talk through your skin concerns and go over a personalized treatment plan. Everything was fully explained and thought through, and they took the time to do the treatment and explain any add ons. I honestly signed up for the biggest membership option because it truly does pay for itself with the amount of things I’m doing. The staff is phenomenal! I love them all - I’m like a kid in a candy store with adult money. HIGHLY recommend
I got a resurfacing treatment done for my face. Everyone was super knowledgeable about everything skin related and gave great advice even if it did not directly lead to a sale for them! For example, the person doing my facial pretty much walked me through a weekly skin care routine completely outside of the treatments at Skin Laundry. I learnt so much and am happy to start taking care of my skin more.
Nurse Mariana was extremely friendly and a good listener. It helped that she was open-minded.
Jenny was great and very knowledgeable. She and Jack made my first laser facial experience at Skin Laundry a pleasant one!
Editing my original review. They asked me to do one to get a free facial mask after my first appointment lol. The good: the laser facials are a game changer, I have persistent cystic acne, and the lasers do help. The nurses are personable and knowledgeable. The experience of the actual facial is pleasant. The bad: The tipping culture is out of control. I have never heard of tipping a REGISTERED NURSE. Pay these nurses what they deserve, don’t put it on the customer.
