Disappointed by Inconsistent Service and Poor Communication I signed up for Skin Laundry’s four-month membership at $250/month and was initially excited to start this skincare journey. Unfortunately, my experience at the Arsenal Yards location has been deeply disappointing. They were so warm and welcoming! I went in for the first time laser discount and it was totally with it. They gave me a plan after listening to my needs.
I’m super picky with my skin care and was on the fence. I LOVE Skin Laundry! Got a membership and it’s kept me committed to keeping up a great skincare routine with my visits. All of the providers are nurses, super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!!
