I had a appointment today and it was my first time here . Drove 32 miles to get there only to be turned away as i called and told them i was there and i was a few (4 min) late. Was told they couldnt see me because the girls had training in a half hour . A half hr!! All i was there for was to have my scalp looked at. Made me so mad i am not ever going back. Not to mention the place is so small it took me 10 min to find the single door with their name on it . Mind you its in a mall so finding the door was hard as i was looking... read more

Really bad experience. Went in for a few items- did not have a Groupon or any discount. Paid full price. None of the items I went in to have removed, were!!! (small skin tags) Also, had a small white mark by my eye lasered...the person doing it gave me no warning that it would scab up and look awful for a week. This was just before Christmas. (And the mark is still there!) Also, the vibe at the front desk is cold, not customer-service oriented and just generally unpleasant. Something seems not right with the place...

I had a great experience here. I went in for Botox (first timer) and had a Groupon. Upon walking in , I noticed that it was a very clean and well organized area. The front desk staff wasn't the most outgoing, friendly or talkative, but weren't rude. After filling out paperwork I was told to go downstairs, where there was another clean, spacious, well lit waiting area with self serve coffee and water. Super disappointed! I had a 4 pm appointment which I made weeks in advance. After driving in rush hour to 50th and France, parking and walking into the clinic it was 4:09 and the receptionist told me "He was done at 4" and no one could help me. I even made sure and confirmed my appointment the day before. I wish I didn't buy a groupon to this place, they obviously don't value their customers!

I purchased a Groupon and then read reviews. The reviews gave me buyer's remorse. I am writing this review because I want people to not trust negative reviews and to experience for yourself. 1. The P.A. that worked with me was WONDERFUL. I will be calling back to get her name. 2. While I did have a bit of trouble finding their entrance, it was because of my own lack of understanding of the 50th and France area and layout. 3.
