AWFUL AND DISAPPOINTING. I booked a massage package for my partner and I, we showed up a few minutes early and the door was locked. We proceeded to wait for 40 minutes outside the store, knocked on the door, called them multiple times. Nobody came out. Thank goodness we didn’t pay for this. Never experienced anything like this, and want to share this so nobody else wastes hours of their day, and money on car parking to not be seen for their appointment. I’d give this 0 stars if I could. So upset.

Disappointing Experience. We arrived 10mins before our appointment. No one was at the front desk, waiting 15mins for staff and clearly didn't know the schedule. No prep; when taken the changing rooms, no towels or robes available. Salt Spa, was basically sitting in a sauna for 45mins, and my full body massage was only on the back half and didn't proceed to the front half. Environment was below average and absolutely no atmosphere.

I booked in for a SKO-Blissful (60min massage& 30min express facial) while staying at the adjoining hotel, the hotel offers a nominal discount. On arrival for my treatment I was told that the hotel discount cannot be used on combined treatments . When I said I would get the treatment but that the exclusion should be listed on the spas booking website the receptionist at Skin Kia Ora laughed in my face. Needless to say I left.

Trouble massage experience, not relaxed at all, had hot stone for an hour and one hour for spa. The massagist kept talking about she has another client coming next was hurrying to finish our session and kept talking us about buying more package! I do massage regularly the manipulation is not professional at all, I hate that she was talking the whole time, hardly for us to relax Not recommend.
