I had been looking for an excellent artist to do a japanese backpeice. I did all the necessary research and found Rick at Tattoos by Rick in Green Bay. I found out that he has been tattooing for 36 years and that he was known throught the world. I checked him out and his artwork was unbelievable! I had not seen artwork of that caliber anywhere in the area. He worked me up an awesome backpeice. I will never go anywhere else, Rick is unmatched in the area!
