Wasn't able to make my appointment but the phone system makes it next to impossible to get through to someone, and then they don't answer anyway.
I was referred by my doctor and had my initial visit but it's been months that I have been trying to contact the clinic to schedule treatment. Nobody answers phones or returns call. It was all a serious waste of time.
They should write not accepting referrals at this time on their site. What a joke. Terrible practice.
A two hour wait. An admin staff that you can't speak to in person. The amount of money this clinic is making they need to hire a person to answer the Phone. I hope I'm not forced to come back here. Outrageous and Exploitive medical model!
