I don't enjoy writing reviews, but at this clinic, I feel compelled to do so because the staff deserves it. Special thanks to Doctor Rodriguez for his professional and excellent operation on my melanoma. The same is true for the nurse who was with him, Kathleen. Katelyn? Not sure. Very light-handed and caring. Also to Lesly, the receptionist. In any case, they work well together. I recommend them to medical professionals because they are gentle and caring. Wasn't able to make my appointment but the phone system makes it next to impossible to get through to someone, and then they don't answer anyway. Update: They did call me after this review and we got the appointment worked out. The work on my skin worked well. The reason for keeping the 1 star review is that when I later called back for the follow up appointment, the ai system kept repeating the exact same message and is still next to impossible to get through to anyone, and then they don't answer; so nothing has changed. Dr. Soremi is an excellent dermatologist. She recommended a gluten-free diet for my dermatitis, and my skin completely cleared up in just a month! Huge thanks to her nurse Kathleen too, I had a million questions because I kept forgetting the doctor's instructions, but Kathleen was incredibly patient and kind in re-explaining everything.
