By far the worst experience known to date with this “spa”. I’ve been a loyal client of Michael for years, coming to see him at every single location he rents his suite out in Astoria. I’ve been burned by him which triggered aggressive hyperpigmentation before with his Aerolase Elite Laser as well as left blisters with laser hair removal because he couldn’t determine my correct skin fitzpatrick. Received my first Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment for my dark under-eye circles, and the entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely phenomenal. Gigi, RN, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, comforting, and professional throughout the whole process.
