This was my First Vist to Skin from Brazil, and it was Amazing! Excellent Customer Service! I tried the Tea Tree Wax and it felt Soother than my normal waxing. Stacey was my waxer, she was very detailed in her work, Personable and Sweet :) Let's Not Talk about Velma (the receptionist)She was Fantastic!! Very knowledgeable about the Products and Services! I definitely recommend and I will be Returning:)
During my inaugural visit to Skin from Brazil, I had the opportunity to experience a chocolate wax treatment. The staff, from front to back, demonstrated exceptional hospitality and professionalism. The facility was immaculately clean and fostered a welcoming atmosphere. Carol’s service was truly remarkable. I had an amazing experience! Carol was so personable, calming, and down to earth. She made me feel completely comfortable, and we had such great conversation, it truly made my first experience unforgettable. Velma at the front desk was just as impressive, very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I would definitely recommend!
I had an amazing first appointment at this facility. I booked an appointment for a Brazilian wax and Geneo Vajacial and had the pleasure of being serviced by Stacey or Stacy (Not sure). She handled everything with extreme care and the wax was relatively pain free (I had the Tea Tree wax)! The Vajacial was very soothing and not irritating at all. Excellent customer service, very welcoming and timely! My appointment started on time and I was given so much knowledge about the service that was rendered. Carol and Vilma are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend and I will be back!
