Lucy is amazing! She is so sweet and very easy to talk to, which made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. Her waxing technique was gentle and she really made sure I felt at ease the entire time. I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. She made me feel completely comfortable, and we had such great conversation, it truly made my first experience unforgettable.
