Saw one of the worst doctors that I've ever seen in my life. Childish arrogant doctors. My review has nothing to do with wait times. That was not the problem that I had with this clinic.
The front staff were super nice and offered to call me when it was getting close to my turn so I didn't need to leave my dog alone in my truck for too long as she had to come with me from out of town. Dr. Guy was informative, quick, and also very nice. My referral took an age, but that was to be expected (and should be no reason to leave a bad review).
I've had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic. I found the receptionists to be very helpful and kind. The phototherapy really helped to clean up the body rash that I had. I'm sorry to hear about the negative experiences but I think the whole health care system is overworked and some people may fall thru the cracks. Not fun for them. Too many people and not enough doctors.
I was referred by my Dr. who is on the mainland. I phoned to confirm my referal and make certain the referal was all good, as I live over an hour away. When I followed up, the reception informed me that the Dermatologist had dismissed my referal, as it was obviously " in error ". When I mentioned I had previously called and confirmed the referal, I was supposedly reinstated, it has now been years and nothing!
