I went to visit Kat for a Brazilian wax and I was not disappointed. She is punctual, informative, educative, and friendly. She made me feel warm and welcome. This is only the second time in my life that I've visited an esthetician. But this was such a positive experience that I'm sure I will do it again more frequently.
