If I could give her a zero I definitely would! This lady Kimbra at skin energy is very unprofessional and rude with her business and does not know how to notate an appointment correctly or take responsibility for her mistakes in notating the wrong appointment. She attempted to charge me an additional cancellation fee for her wrong doing! I had a txt to prove it and she would not give in on saying I was a no show for an appointment I never made!
