I had such an amazing experience with Shalane at Skin District! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and professional, and you can truly tell Shalane is passionate about skincare and helping her clients feel confident. My facial was everything I needed and more. Always professional. Do their best to get you in, as soon as needed, runs a little late sometimes, but I never feel rushed.
The district facial with glycolic peel went great and staff was friendly. It was relaxing and left feeling glowy. I wish they had online booking system. However, out of all the facials Ive had at other places (in the US and out of the country) I thought it was strange that they didn’t ask me what my current product usage was or if I use any topical products such as retinol, etc. I guess one would normally volunteer that information but sometimes people forget.
