Worst in Customer Service. I had a "Spoiled Rotten" gift certificate that was given to me for mother's day that I have been unable to use. The certificate included 5 different services worth $600 (in their words), but what good does do if one cannot book an appointment. I called several times to book an appointment and I was told that they are booked months in advance. I was referred back to the Marketing company which sold the certificate, called both numbers to no avail. I was told I could be booked in another location. La... read more
