I would strongly encourage anyone considering this office to be extremely careful when financing a procedure through CareCredit. I visited this office on June 12, 2026, for an Ultherapy consultation. The consultation itself was informative, but I explained that I needed to discuss the cost with my husband before making a decision. The staff suggested I apply for CareCredit so I could finance the procedure with six months of interest-free payments. The first surgery center I went to was a somewhat cold experience. I felt like I was moving along an assembly line. When I finally got to meet the surgeon, he walked in the door, looked at my neck, suggested a neck lift, and literally walked out. My experience was great. Dr Gray has an amazing bedside manner. His staff was a joy to be around. He did an amazing job on my lips and was very knowledgeable.
This dr grey number my upper lip to fill in small lines, 2 were scars, he puts his bifocal dr telescope looking glasses on and states i camt see the lines, verbatim. Um maybe you should of marked them first, maybe we should reschedule and I shouldn't have to pay 50 for a 2 dollar syringe bc first appt lady didn't listen. So had to reschedule afyer over numbing whole lip, thinking lip injections. Then to tip it all off he purposely, intentionally injected btw the lines making them more prominent.
