I’ve been in there 3x in the last 6 months, looking for gifts. The little kids section has diminished, but my big turn off is every time I walk in, I am never acknowledged. There is no greeting or a welcome in and that to me is a big turn off. It’s not like the sales people are that busy. Yesterday I went in and same no welcome, just totally ignored. I don’t get it. Third time not the charm!
