I’m so glad I came across this phenomenal black, woman owned business! After trying several places throughout Charlotte, I’ve finally found my new wax haven & I couldn’t be more ecstatic! KOURTNEY KOURTNEY KOURTNEY is who you should book with at Skin Co!! I was nervous my first visit due to a previous traumatic experience at a different facility. Kourtney listened to my concerns , was very understanding, patient ,gentle, professional while making the process comfortable. This is my 2nd Brazilian Wax with Kourtney and let’s just say she gained a FOREVER client. She’s Truly an Amazing Genuine Girls Girl which is all the reason why everyone should book with her💛

It’s been over a month and my skin still hasn’t fully healed from the wax I received. I’ve been in discomfort and wouldn’t recommend this service for anyone with sensitive skin.

The space was really clean and nice, and the waxer was friendly. However, the experience didn’t quite match the price point for me. There was a lot of tweezing, which made the service more painful than usual, and just four days later I had to go to another waxer who ended up removing 20+ hairs that were missed/brokwn. I was hoping for a smoother, more complete result the first time around. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but just not the best fit for me personally.
