I left this clinic feeling like a number rather than a patient. I came in for two separate skin concerns, and across two visits there was very little effort to understand my history, explain a plan, or follow up. Visit 1: The dermatologist prescribed multiple products but did not explain what each one was for or the order/how often to use them. I was also scheduled for a patch/allergy test follow-up. My doctor gave me a paper referral’ to see the dermatologist . I’ve called this place to set an appointment. They won’t schedule me an appointment because they want the referral in the portal from my doctor . I’ve explained to them that I have a referral that’s printed out already from My doctor. They still won’t book me an appointment smh. Terrible service and I will not be coming to this place. They don’t know how to treat their patients
