The non medical staff were extremely kind and professional, and went out of their way, on their own time, to help my elderly mother obtain a ride home. One young woman waited in the freezing garage with my mother till the Uber arrived.
I would give zero stars if I could. One of the ladies at the reception is rude and always has a bad attitude. Even when I book an appointment and arrive on time, they still make me wait. This isn’t the first time—it happens all the time. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t respect it? “Dermatology, Please hold” is not the way to answer a call, worst as a possible new patient attempting to make an appointment! Believe the comments they seem verify accurate, currently on hold for 10 minutes. after 25 minutes I disconnected!!!
0 stars although I've been there before they said they don't take my insurance for new clients despite confirming I've been there incompetent people
