This was my first time doing a Brazilian wax. I was very nervous and Natalie addressed all of my concerns over the phone and was very helpful. The day of she walked me through the whole process, made me feel comfortable and explained everything as she was doing it. I can also say I can’t wait to go for my next appointment. I would highly recommend coming to this spa for your waxing needs.
