I have been a membership customer of Skin Chateau for the past year. Erika has now expanded her processes & techniques via intensive training. I’ve always felt a restorative benefit after one of her facial treatments, and I now am excited about her expanded lineup of regimens. My most recent appointment included a restorative facial with lactic peel & skin oxygen treatments. Additionally I had a scalp oil massage with a hair mask. I absolutely love Erika, she is very knowledgeable on skincare and I don't regret seeing her for my last 3 sessions. I also would like to add that her business brings a very serene environment as you walk into the room giving the relaxation vibes. She also has amazing customer service bedside manner. Service is top tier! Always relaxing and comfortable the salon smells INCREDIBLE! My skin looks amazing, it even looks like I got Botox even though I didn’t. My skin is like glass! I highly recommend coming for all your skin needs! She’s knowledgeable and provides several resources for after your appointment skin care.

Erika has a wonderful facial salon setting & goes the extra mile to gather important skin care information from each client. She tailors each session to each client. Her skin treatments are innovative & healing. I love the idea of a monthly subscription & am looking forward to my next facial!
