I had a disappointing experience with Skiin Clinic Bundoora. My main concern was that the prepaid treatment package terms, pricing structure, non-refundable conditions, cancellation policy, and credit-only outcome were not clearly explained or brought to my attention at the time of payment. After I raised concerns, the clinic relied on terms from around 7 months earlier, which were never brought to my attention during the payment process. Nada was so nice. Did exactly what I asked for and explained it before starting. Came to this place a couple of years ago and highly recommend it
Booked in for a treatment with a therapist who I wanted to see, on the day had someone else who I had not booked with. No phone call to let me know. Then was told I could get a discount but was charged normal price. I sent a email, not once, not twice but 4 times until I got a response. I was told no discount could be applied due to the treatment was a half face laser gen and was already discounted.
