I've been a regular client to this salon for years! The customer service is great! I remember going there awhile ago and there was this Vietnamese lady who did my nails. She always asked me if I liked it and if it hurt or anything. She seemed really concerned about my comfort. I also really liked the nail art done there. I find it really authentic and simple enough for my style. Guess that's just my opinion though haha. Overall I just really like this salon.
I once loved this place until today. I got a fill with designs on every nail with a gel coat 5 days ago. 2 days later the gel peeled off of 8 of my nails. I don't live in the area so I had to wait a few days to make the trip back to get them fixed. VICKY decided to just slap layers and layers of gel on top making my nails look awful and bulky. I insisted she completely redo 2 out of the 8 nails because they were so tacky and she refused. I paid too much for my nails for them to not fix the issue. Mind you this same VICKY too... read more
