My sister told me about Tori about 2 years ago, and I am so glad she did. I had never treated myself to facials before, and I will admit I didn't know what all the fuss was about. My sister encouraged me to go, since I had been suffering from adult acne for years and years. Needless to say, it's been about 2 years since my first visit, and my skin has never looked better. The thing I enjoy most about Tori is how accommodating she is. She understands that her clients are busy, over scheduled, and stressed. When it comes to scheduling an appointment she is very accommodating and flexible. Thanks Tori for always being there for us and not giving us a hard time when we're early, late, or need to re-book!
Tori knows skin. Being African American and having acne I was a little hesitant about having a facial peel but the facial was wonderful. Her products have helped clear my acne tremendously. She takes her time and the facial was custom made for my skin needs. Tori also is very informative about skin care. The massage was an unexpected plus and I left feeling relaxed and well cared for. Her environment is very comfortable. It was great experience overall.
Tori is fantastic! Even though I do not live in Long Beach anymore, I still make the drive to see her every 4-5 weeks. It is a total treat, and she makes my skin feel so great. Every visit is a surprise, as she uses different techniques and yummy-smelling scrubs and peels. My favorite part is the hand/foot massage while one of the masks is setting. I only wish I could see her more often!!!!!!!!!
I have been getting facials for almost 20 years, and I really think Tori is the best. She totally customizes your facial to your skin, and is very thoughtful about what will work best for you. Not only does my skin look so much better, it is such a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with her - and she has great taste in music!
