I ordered a product from Skin Care by Alana online. I did not receive any communication from them; not even a confirmation email. I paid via Paypal, so I looked up the transaction number, and inquired about the status of my order on their website. They responded with an email that said they would get back to me in a couple of days. Then they send another email, stating that my order would ship Tues. or Wed. of the following week, and that I would receive an email notification when it shipped. Terrible service. Been a week never shipped yet. Contacted to cancel order have talked to four people and emailed and always get told the same thing. Never got my money back yet. Scam scam scam
