Good products at reasonable prices
Veryy disappointed with this company especially under the circumstances we are all going thru right now. It is a terrible thing that some merchants are abusing people in that they charge the customer and not let them know they didn't have the product they were charged for....... and it takes the customer to send an email first requesting the status of their order 15 days later to find out from them they didn't have it? I got my products fast and I love them!
Always had great experiences with ordering as well as with customer service. I had a question about my most recent order this morning and received a helpful, kind, response to my email within 30 minutes.
Two expensive orders to support autism when I am on the spectrum. My first order no one responded when the product was old and bad. Second order I got skin script which were great products, not Alana brand and was supposed to get free gift (the reason I ordered is for it). No gift for purchase when promised. No free gift, no one answers phone. I am very upset and only wanted to help a small business. It is far from acceptable and stealing really. My package arrived without the other product I'd ordered. I reached out to Skin Care by Alana and was excited that they offered me a comparable product. So much so that I came here and gave a good review. That was on the 18th and I've yet to receive my replacement. I reached out again asking about it and haven't heard anything. Disappointed and frustrated. I realize things are challenging, but to hear nothing back is not quality customer service. This will be my last order.
