Dicey Marketing! I love the products that are sold, but so many facets are a bit misleading here. I just talked to a Cust Svc rep about a concern and wound up being 'instructed' as to what I had ordered, when and with what discount code. After her dictation I asked her if she could see that their system put someone else's ship to on my order and it almost went to a different state. All she said was 'Oh'. I don't enjoy doing business with folks that think they're doing me a favor by selling to me.

Beware of false advertising on this site. I ordered two products based on the specifics of what was listed on the website. What I received was not what I ordered. When I contacted them regarding the issue they told me the specifics aren't always accurate (even though they have them listed on their site). Lying? Awesome! I've periodically purchased products from the site and this was the first issue I had. No remedy to the situation, just an apology (I guess being a repeat customer doesn't matter to them).
