not impressed anymore – may never return.
I have been treating my self with The Waverly's "RED CARPET" facial monthly for about 2 years, and my skin has never looked so good. Being a senior citizen, doesn't mean that I should give up on my skin, and even though I may not look any younger, my skin has improved in its smoothness and texture. The girls/techs are very nice and love to pamper you.
Bad Business Skills This spa is not correctly ran as a business. The guy, i'm pretty sure his name was Gary, that had given me a massage was wonderful but everyone else there was rude and changed my whole experience. I would never go back there. The woman at the front desk gave me an attitude and the other one couldn't even hear what I was saying. Before you open a business learn how to run one dont just rely on your employees because if it wasn't for some of them you wouldnt be open.
Ask for details on spa treatments! – This spa is nice, although hard to locate as it is below a bank. A friend and I were interested in body wrap treatments designed to help eradicate some inches of water weight. We were looking to be wrapped tightly in seaweed type bandages.
