By far my favorite spa for facials. I have had my share of bad facials trying other places out and I am always going right back to the waverly. Clears my skin up. Very pampering. They do not leave you in the room by yourself for long. When you have masks on your face they are putting lotion on your hands and feet. Love it here!
I was nervous to attend this spa after reading some of the reviews but when I went it was the most relaxing experience I've ever had not to mention the staff was very helpful and nice! I've been a customer every since! I know a lot of the reviews were from when they had the owner who caused a lot of issues but they now have new owners who I got to meet when I was there for a facial and they both are very nice and have been bringing in a lot of new things into the spa!
