Have been there 3 times in the past 5 months, the first time, I was overcharged ($220 for 1 color highlight and 1 color low light on barely shoulder length hair...) and upon leaving, my hair was unacceptable, bad roots showing all along my part, I had to go back to have it fixed the next day.
