Surgeons and staff were all very pleasant and professional. It was an excellent experience.
Unacceptable waiting time due to under staffing.
The doctor was phenomenal, inspiring great confidence with his knowledge, attention to detail, and listening skills. He was also quite affable. The office staff were similarly amazing...and very accomodating and attentive. They liked their jobs and working for this office. You could tell. I was very impressed. Medical excellence and a well run office, what more could you want?
While surgery is never a fun experience, I can’t speak highly enough of SCSC. The receptionists worked with me on multiple occasions to ensure my paperwork was on file, and consistently provided clear guidance. When it came time for surgery, Dr. Montemarano’s skill was so apparent. It is rare to find a doctor with such a wonderful combination of medical talent and bedside manner.
