I was impressed by the efficiency and kindness of the doctor and each of her staff I encountered. That was particularly appreciated during the procedure; where I expected much discomfort, I felt very little - surely a testament to their excellence in training and experience? That made all the difference in the procedure.
The staff members are professional and efficient. The nurses are very good at what they do. The doctor was informative and the operation was completed successfully.
