What’s the point on having a time of an appointment if they call you in whenever suit them best? Unsure as to how they internally manage their booking, make sure if you go, you can afford to lose a whole afternoon.
My appointment kept getting pushed back. After arriving 15min early, as they requested me to. I got told there was going to be a 10min delay on my appointment. This then got pushed another 10min and another. I waited for over 60min (75min including the 15min early they asked me to arrive) Receptionist was lovely, but seriously there is little to no organisation at this place. Expect to be waiting AT LEAST 60-90min after your original appointment time. You may as well just arrive at least an hour late to start with…
Sue on reception is so lovely and cheerful. Dr Deeprak is excellent. Highly recommended.
