The staff was lovely, the facility was very clean. The only thing that was unavoidable was the wait time.
I attended an appointment on the 29th April this year. The appointment was for 11.30. I sat in the room for 45 minutes before I saw the specialist. She froze 5 spots on my head, took a biopsy from my my cheek and told me the results would be 5 to 7 days. $ 305.00 and 3 weeks later I called as I had received no news. Was told sorry they thought they had contacted me! Very disappointing service! Would not recommend!
Dr David Gill and his staff are very professional and caring. This minimises any trauma associated with procedures.
